This CRM is quick and easy to install and has all the necessary software for both Windows and Linux systems in a single executable file. The automatic installer handles the setup of the web server, database and other software. It also provides add-ons like a customer portal and an Office plug-in for Microsoft Word users; there are also extensions for Thunderbird/Mozilla users.

VTiger also aids sales departments with marketing automation and mass mailing with templates for email and campaign management. It manages accounts and contacts, provides to-do lists and reports, community calendars, activity history, a place to list recurring events and handle email notifications.
Currently VTiger CRM only has commercial support for smartphones (Android and iPhone).
