 From now on we will be able to post any article along side with our open source product news on osalt.com's frontpage and through our popular RSS feed. We will be posting information about the development of our website as well as interesting articles about open source software.
We are still working on adding tag support to our news articles - this should be ready before end of summer. Following that a rating and commenting system will be added to our open source product pages.
As a small bonus we have added platform filtering feature in all of the categories. This allows you to select your favorite platform from the list drop-down box in upper right-hand corner. The three new options are: windows, mac and linux/unix. We hope this features will help you in your search for an open source alternative.
